During my internship, I had the opportunity to dive into new UX problem spaces like politics, elections, and investing, while also meeting incredible people and being boldly creative. Over the 10-week period, I had the privilege of collaborating with talented and kind-hearted individuals, including UX researchers, Product Managers, and Designers.

Built vision, ran user research for NBC News National Elections features, and defined product framework using tools like User Testing, Fable, Iterate and interactive prototypes using Figma.
Shipped full end-to-end flow, collaborating with cross-functional partners across all stages, from research, design, to execution of CNBC's new Account Page.
Delivered five presentations and built strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders, including Product Managers, Designers, Researchers, and Vice Presidents.

Managing multiple projects by setting priorities. I set up priorities based on the project timeline, user priorities, and business needs. Setting up priorities and sharing them during meetings also helped me be more flexible.
Bringing visuals is helpful when sharing ideas with cross-functional partners. By sharing low-fidelity explorations and visual references, I could better communicate with product managers, and CX and VPS about the feasibility.
Communicating and explaining to stakeholders who do not have a UX background. Advocating for users and design in an editorial-driven company can be challenging. To prepare, I always spent the day before practicing my presentation and anticipating potential questions they might ask.
